Mark Anglin Understated, laid back, psychill. Solar Fields is all this, but with a cerebral aura that makes their music easy to recognize when I hear a new track (that's rare when you're talking about non-vocal musical groups). Leaving Home strikes me as their most solid album so far. Favorite track: Cocoon Moon (Glastonbury Festival 2005 Mix).

Matthew Sasso Something eclectic, beautiful, emotional, powerful, calm, serene, delicate... Solar Fields wields magic here in Leaving Home.

Air Song is such a beautiful journey with a hypnotic air and space to the mix. Unlike any piece of music you will ever hear. Favorite track: Air Song.

Andreas Schwarzkopf Undoubtedly one of the best albums of this kind of music. It was the first album that I knew of this kind that opened the door to getting into buying other several tens of unbelievable albums. Magnus was the only artist from who I bought the entire digital discography some years ago. Favorite track: Stereo Hypnosis (Magnetosphere Part 2).

First heard CBL on a slow-mo video of bullet impacts but there wasn't any mention of the track used. Years later I saw MOS 6581 on Spotify, iirc, and being a huge fanboy of the C64 I had to listen to it and was thrilled that it was the track I heard before.
